There is no dispute in ownership of B Khata Property. But permission for construction will not be given to B Khata Properties. So technically banks cannot give loans for B Khata Properties. All the lands in Karnataka are treated as agriculture or revenue lands.
If some one wants to use the land for any other purpose than agriculture they need to get it converted from agriculture land to non-agriculture land by paying some charges as decided by government of Karnataka from time to time. The application for conversion is to be made to concerned Deputy commissioner ( DC ) for that district.
